Facilities

We have 6,700 sqm of installations across our three plants,
including production area warehouse and office.

Gráficas Zurita, S.L. is currently the leading Spanish company for the production
of pharmaceutical and cosmetics information leaflets.

In 2011, we acquired the first and only equipment installed in Spain
for the manufacture of backpack information leaflets, Piggy Back.

We have twelve web-fed printing for different formats and sections, four Printing presses for different formats and sections,
Thirty-five folding machines (5 of which are Viluk) for manufacturing OUTSERT with point of glue or labels, nine paper guillotines, one stapling machine (stapled booklet) in addition to auxiliary machinery.

All our products are controlled in real time through our System (ERP),
which allows us to know at what stage of the manufacturing process each product is.

During the process, products are always kept in galvanised cages. This prevents cross-contamination.

The folding area is composed of separate rooms.
